Tango Therapy sessions for people with:
Parkinson’s disease
Alzheimer’s
(with exercises for depression and hipertension problems)
These Tango Therapy sessions will work specifically to improve body postures and balance, aerobic capacity and coordination, self esteem and depression.
The sessions include special exercises and the tango lessons and practices.
The tango lessons are based in the tango walk and some gentle and easy tango steps and figures.
The memory is improved considerably; the posture is rehabilitated in the simplest way that is walking as the Tango is walking. The only difference is that the Tango has a lot more benefits than just walking.
A sedentary lifestyle habit can be transformed beautifully for each person.
